It processes sound transparently by applying reduction only when needed without affecting nearby frequencies. The plugin features improved algorithms compared to the original version, with up to 40% lower CPU usage, faster GUI rendering, and roughly half the latency (around 45ms). It offers both soft and hard processing modes, with the soft mode being more transparent and forgiving for general smoothing tasks, while hard mode operates like the first iteration.
